The Community Plan: Our Roadmap to a Healthier Community


Our Community Plan serves as a comprehensive roadmap to enhance mental health and addiction services in our community. It details the priorities and goals that guide our efforts, while highlighting the key strategies and initiatives designed to create a lasting impact.


The Community Plan focuses on the following core areas:

Annual Report

The Mental Health and Recovery Board for Licking and Knox Counties annual report highlights the progress made in providing accessible, quality care, and addressing disparities in our community, demonstrating the positive impact of mental health and substance abuse funding for Licking and Knox Counties.


MHR has successfully fulfilled its role as a local planning authority, providing a comprehensive system of behavioral health care services for the community. Focused on service delivery, sustainability, workforce, and advocacy, our outcome-driven programs have made a significant impact on mental health and substance abuse, improving lives and promoting community well-being.
